What we did &
why it’s important?
Before launching our first Licious store, we needed a reliable
POS system to manage all in-store transactions and billing.
Relying on a third-party tool would not only increase costs but also limit our ability to customize features specific to our business needs.
To stay cost-efficient and design a solution fully aligned with our workflows, we decided to build the POS system in-house - giving us complete control over functionality, scalability, and future improvements.
